Conker's Pocket Tales is a Game Boy/Game Boy Color game released in 1999. It is Conker's first game that is starring him as the protagonist. The game, unlike Conker's Bad Fur Day, is of mild nature. Its story, graphics and events are appropiate for children. The title did not gain too much attention from any audiences, though. Since the game was in developement along with Conker's Bad Fur Day, it could be suppose to be a pre- or sequel to each other. With the sudden change of appearance of its N64-pendant, it is now somewhat of an anachronological part of the series.
Story
The plot is about Conker and his girl-friend Berri who are celebrating a birthday. Berri gets kidnapped by the great Acorn, along with all the presents. It is up to Conker to save his girl-friend and get back the presents.
